“Individual” or “organization” fully, irrevocably, unconditionally, and forever discharges, releases, covenants not to sue, and agrees to hold harmless and indemnify Indy Pride, Inc. and any of its related entities (parent companies, subsidiaries, owners, members, shareholders, directors, officers, employees, agents, insurers, attorneys, or anyone acting for or on the behalf of any of them) from all charges, complaints, claims, demands, liabilities, obligations, injuries, damages, and actions of any kind or nature (including attorney’s fees and costs actually incurred), whether known or unknown, that may arise or may have arisen from, in relation to, in connection with or during the sponsorship or support provided by Indy Pride, Inc. in connection with the event known as “Circle City IN Pride 2010 Parade” (referred to herein as the “Event”).
                                                        
The release applies to all claims associated with the Event whether the event takes place on Indy Pride, Inc. premises or away from them.  The Organization expressly releases Indy Pride, Inc. from all claims including those alleging the negligence of Indy Pride, Inc. or any other participant in, visitor to, or observer of the Event.  The Organization hereby agrees that Indy Pride, Inc. owes no obligation of care for the benefit of Organization in connection with the Event, without condition.

On behalf of the Individual or Organization, I declare that I am over eighteen years old, that no representations or promises have been made to me to secure the execution of this Release, that I am legally competent, and that I execute this Release voluntarily and solely for the consideration stated above.  Further, I understand that this Release is binding upon the Individual, the Organization, its members, and their heirs, executors, and administrators.
